The constant challenges that changing market conditions, organizations and team structures place upon leaders require their continuous development of their competency spectrums. A47 has over 20 years experience in the conception and application of management development methods and has successfully qualified and consulted management and executives for diverse levels and branches in the framework of group events (such as, for example leadership Training) or individual consultation (e.g., coaching).

A47 Consulting has, on the basis of the most current leadership research and in the cooperation with the University of Bielefeld for the LEaD („Leadership Effectiveness and Development“) a valid model for management development. Successful leaders develop strategies, achieve results, effectively empower their employees, actively form the change and behave in a credible manner.

We offer consultation services based upon this platform for management and leadership development for individuals, groups and the entire organization. Our credo is to sustainably anchor measures in management development in the organization.
