„Those who enter into change management processes on their own depending upon their multi-year leadership experience can encounter severe problems, I have had this personal experience, in a project which from my perspective was a relatively straightforward restructuring. It was a regular coaching with A47 Consulting that opened my eyes, to how important for example, permanent communication is or how one deals with resistance.
