We share our knowledge with others. Thus, we provide access to our know how of current questions of management development through regular publications. Naturally, we orientate our consultation services to the leading edge of research findings. We see ourselves as ‚Äětranslators‚Äú between science and practice and wish to usefully apply the value of scientific research to practical application.


A central example of this is the journal Organizational Development, in which our partner and co-editor of the journal, Dr. Brigitte Winkler, publishes articles on innovative concepts, tools and newest developments in the subject field ‚ÄěChange Management‚Äú. Additionally, our own research activities and results are released through publications.


With our publications, we continuously reflect on current developments in our discipline and incorporate these into our services. This gives us the impulse, as a learning organization, to continuously adapt with the newest developments.
